Do you retest a patient who comes in with an outside prescription and wants VDU specs?
Scenario
Sarah Warner, aged 54, had her eyes examined at a local practice one month ago. Her prescription is R +1.50/-0.75 x 85 L +1.25/-0.50 x 90 Reading add +2.25. She had varifocals made up by the other practice and she is happy with them, but has seen some frames in your practice that she likes. She works in a local bank and would like a pair made just for the VDU, as she finds her varifocals aren't suitable for this. She has measured the distance of the computer screen.
